Plans change? Need to reschedule or cancel?

We give you our undivided attention during your dedicated appointments, and ask that patients respect this time that the dentist and staff have reserved for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 business hour notice so we may offer this time slot to other patients in need.

For short notice cancellation or missed appointments, Chinook Smiles reserves the right to collect a fee of $100 for each hour that the appointment was originally scheduled. This fee will not be reimbursed by your dental benefits. We thank you for your understanding!

Peace of mind when it comes to treatment cost

One can never put a dollar amount on the value of a healthy, beautiful smile. Our personalized treatment plans are dictated by the highest standard of care and tailored to your unique dental needs. However, at Chinook Smiles we recognize and respect individual circumstances and budgets when it comes to taking care of your oral health.

We follow the latest CDSA fee guide, so there is no guesswork to how much your filling or exam will cost. For larger or more comprehensive treatment plans, our staff are pleased to provide you with an estimated cost-breakdown beforehand* to help you with informed decision making.

Your trust in us is paramount. We emphasize open and clear communication, ensuring that you are fully informed every step of the way. We are committed to transparency, honesty, always.

*pre-procedure cost estimate is based on assessments of dental condition made during exams. Actual cost may differ, and is to be determined by the providing dentist when the procedure is performed.
